How much does an acupuncture treatment cost at our clinic?

An acupuncture treatment costs 550 DKK. (Approx. €75)

Many of our patients suffer from chronic conditions and come for maintenance treatment. In these cases, the price per session drops to 350 DKK after the 10th session. (Approx. €47)

This means that the first 10 sessions each cost 550 DKK and the subsequent ones each cost 350 DKK.
For example, if you are receiving treatment for the eye condition AMD, which requires 20 treatments, this costs (10 treatments at 550 DKK each + 10 treatments at 350 DKK each) a total of 9,000 DKK (equivalent to approx. €1,200).

There is also a family discount for people living together. For example, if a married couple book appointments for treatment, the first person pays 550 DKK per treatment (as usual), whilst the second person pays only 350 DKK per treatment. This applies from the very first day.

Example: If both spouses come for one week of treatment and receive 10 sessions for back pain, this costs the first spouse 10 × 550 DKK, totalling 5,500 DKK. The other spouse pays only 10 × 350 DKK, i.e. 3,500 DKK. (Together, they pay DKK 9,000 for one week, which is approximately €1,200.)

It is best if you send us an email describing your physical symptoms and the treatment you would like to receive, so that we can make a better assessment of the chances of success and the costs involved.

Insurance

Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not cover treatment abroad. This means that you will usually have to pay for the treatment yourself. However, some people may be able to claim tax relief. Please check the rules in your own country. (We will be happy to send you a receipt if you wish.)
