Completely blind – nine regained their sight
It is very few “blind people”, who are completely blind. Meaning that they can not see anything at all. Most are able to see very slightly.
Out of the approximately 5000 eyepatients, we have treated for the last 13 years, nationally and abroad, only 16 were completely blind.
After the special acupuncture-treatment, nine out of these regained their sight.
Here is a short list over those nine. The number in the parenthesis () is the age of the patient, when she/he regained their sight.
Thomas (5 months)
Completely blind because of a cerebral haemmorage during birth. Also, in the first days, she had extremely low bloodsugar.
The eye specialist said, that there were no connection between the center for vision in the brain and her eyes.
After five treatments, Thomas had a reaktion of the pupil, when we shone a light in his eyes. After 7 months of treatment (44 treatments), his sight was normal.
Torgunn (23)
Completely blind following a traffic-accident. She had been blind for 10 years, when we started the treatments. After the first treatments, she could see faintly. She now saw her son for the first time at the age of 2. AFter 80 treatments, her sight was normal, and she got her driverslicense.
Daniela (29)
Born two months prematurely. She became blind, because she got to much oxygen in her incubator.
Extract from eye specialist Dr. Franz´s medical record for her:
”After treatments by John Boel, Denmark in the spring of 98, she had sensitivity to light. Now she has been to see Boel 4 times, and she can tell the difference between the back of the hand and the palm. The patient can recognize fingers. Thus, the acupuncture treatments have given her so much vision, that she can orient herself. Boel says, that a further treatment is nescessary to make the improvement even bigger. I concur with this suggestion”.
Søren (45)
Completely blind caused by poisoning.
Søren is an artistic painter. The eye specialist said, that he would never regain his sight.
We started the treatments at the end of january. The 8th of february, he had approximately 30% vision.
Søren paints what he can see, so it is very interesting to follow the improvement of his sight through the pictures, that adorn the walls of the clinic. He has also painted the picture that is on the front of the book, I am writing about the treatment of eye disease.

Blind because of ”dead” optical nerves. Has been completely blind for 5 years.
Has periodically cleared vision, but not all the time.
Herbert (61)
Was completely blind for 2½ years because of poisoning by medicine.
After 40 treatments, Herbert could see so much, that he could walk around on his own.
Olav (66)
Lost his sight to glaucoma. Olav is a norwegian and had been blind for a couple of years. After the first week of treatment, he could glimpse a little, and after 30 treatments, his sight was so good, that he could see the numberplates on the cars.
Kirsten (77)
Was our first eye patient. Kirsten had been blind for 4 years. She got “fingervision” allready after the first treatment. It was a fantastic experience for us all, and it is grafted on our memories. After the eighth treatment, she could see a fly on the wall.
Haldor (66)
Blind for 5 years.
When he, after a week of treatment, went home to Iceland, he could walk about on his own.
