The blind and the visually impaired flocks to Aulum

The blind and the visually impaired from the country and from abroad flocks to Aulum, a quiet market town between Holstebro and Herning.
They come from all over Europe, but mostly from Germany and Norway, where John Boel, through his acupuncture treatments for eye diseases has made a name for himself.
– In addition to the colleagues, that I have trained, we are only two-three acupuncturists worldwide, who administer these treatments, he says, and tells about Thomas:
The boy became blind during birth because of a cerebral haemorrhage, and was blind the first five months of his life.
– Allready after the first four or five treatments, he started having pupil reactions, and he was getting better and better. When he was one year old, he was examined by eye specialists at the state eye clinic, who pronounced his sight 100% okay.
If it hadn´t been for the acupuncture, Thomas would have been blind for the rest of his days.
Newpapers and magazines, at home and abroad, has regularly told about the good stories from Aulum under headings as: “He makes the blind see”, “I used to be blind – now I can see” and “It looks like miracles”.
Calcification of the eye, problems with seeing after car crashes and strokes, glaucoma, tunnel vision. An all other kinds of ailments with the exception of a very few.
